How to Donate

RCCA is a grassroots, community-based nonprofit that relies solely on the generosity of its supporters. With one part-time staff person and many devoted volunteers, we are experts at doing a lot with a little. Since we do not receive any government funding or sustained funding sources, every donation counts and is needed to help us keep conservation easements on the forefront of land conservation in Rappahannock County.

Conservation easements are the best tool we have to preserve our open spaces but it takes a concentrated community effort to educate property owners and advocate for land conservation. We are making steady progress towards protecting Rappahannock’s open spaces but continued effort is undoubtedly needed to protect our scenic county from the development that is all too common in the surrounding counties.

We hope to count you among those that support our efforts in preserving the beauty and rural way of life that we all love. To donate to RCCA, click here or on the Donate Now button below that will connect you to PayPal’s secure donation service or send your tax-deductible check to RCCA, PO Box 116, Sperryville, VA 22740.
